Hands down best buying experience for my sons gift this year. We made a big purchase this year and I was nervous of many things including stock and time of arrival. After reading the horrible reviews of the other outlets online I decided to call the companies first before ordering for best price. We bought an electic four wheeler for our son. When it came to FGK not only were we assured of stock and delivery JEFF gave us the best price as well. He personally called me back to discuss delivery and congratulate me on the family fun purchase as he stated. I feel like this company actually has a mission they are carrying out. I wish them the best in all endeavors.
I'd give 10 stars if I could. I live in California, ordered a Tao hellcat 125cc and it arrived faster than expected(4 days). Calls were always answered and emails were returned same day. This was my first motorcycle purchase online and could not be happier. They make the process super easy and make you feel at ease. The bike was easy to assemble and fired right up. I highly recommend them!

This company is one of the wrost I have ever delt with. The customer serivce is horrific to rectifiy any problems and I don't have the item yet, i's hate to see what happenswhen i recieve the item.
I purchased an electric kids quad from them for $500. Got it home, had it assembled and within ten minutes, the chain fell off. Being mechanically inclined, I pulled it all apart and found that the electric motor sprocket versus the wheel were misaligned. There is no way to adjust it and contacted Family Go Karts. Sent photos, asked for assistance and each time I received a response from someone different asking the same questions over and over again. This was the single worst purchase I have ever made. I would advise everyone looking online to stay as far away from this company as possible. If you are going to purchase this Chinese junk, make sure you only purchase it locally and from someone that will fix it or replace it every time it breaks. Terrible company, terrible products. Not much more to say.
In these days of all email, it sure is nice when a website answers their phone- I even talked with the owner! Good guys, good products, good service. Real people- you can see them on their you tube videos.
BUYER BEWARE... This company will do and say anything to just get the sale and take your money. I should have read the reviews before I purchased from them. If you are reading this, PICK another company as I wish I did, I was snowed by the owner Jeff's seemingly fake prsonality when he was dishing me out lies...
